Key Account Sales Executive 'Speaking Chinese'
• Drive the sales to achieve the individual sales target in own area and track ongoing results to ensure that objectives in term of customer, revenue, sales growth, and customer price of products are achieve within the area.
• Manage the implementation of the brand, trade and sales area programs and the localized activities.
• Handle key account in territory (contractors, Construction companies, and end user companies) where it is assigned by project sales supervisor.
• Provide client with the consultancy of roof solution, factories, and warehouse construction , ect.
• Provide proposal and quotation or any required information.
• Find new clients or new opportunity for project sales.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
• Receives and resolves customer complaint and problem in timely manner.
• Proactively and establish and maintain relationship with all local authority such as khan and sangkat to collect information about potential projects to be built in his/her territory.
• Carry out any other tasks ad directed by senior management.
• 1 year experience in territory sales representative level in FMCG company o0r construction material is a plus.
• Fresh graduate student of civil engineering or Architectures are also encouraged to apply for this position.
• Good command of English and Chinese both speaking and writing
• Able to use Ms Office, internet and E-mail
