Recruitment Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the Recruitment coordination to be smooth and within process
• Coordinate the recruitment process to be efficiency 
• Ensure all formality are ready for all new comers
• Tracking and identify prospective candidates using the variety of Channel in effective way
• Coordinate the job announcement both internal and external channel 
• Facilitate the negotiation process to its complete and match to the requirement
• Support and coordinate the recruitment event and net-working to be effective
• Ensure the job description for all position are well managed
• Other task as per assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree of Business Management or Equivalent
• At least 1 years of related fields, especially in HR functions 
• Knowledge in MS Office, Internet & Email
• Good in interpersonal Skill
• Flexible
• Able to work under pressure
